I offer my humble obeisances at the lotus feet of my beloved Gurudeva, Sri Srimad Bhaktivedanta Narayana Gosvami Maharaja.

Dear Gurudeva,

I took a long time to write few words to celebrate your divine appearance on the planet. Feeling so much unqualified to do it. I have to pray at your lotus feet to get some glance of inspiration. Meditating on the qualities I can perceive in you, according to my level of eligibility, my understanding. I'm surprise to count, unexpectedly, around 26 qualities.

Gurudeva, you are a very generous Vaisnava, giving your time and energy to satisfy everyone and ensure they are improving in their bhakti. Your are very concerned about the spiritual life and also social life of everyone. Your nature is so sweet and gentle, and your heart is full of affection, making easy to approach you. Without discrimination, you give everyone your transcendental association - to the men, women, even those who have been initiated by others. You make so many accommodations and facilities during the parikramas for the westerners, reducing all inconveniences and austerities to pacify our mind.

You are aristocratic and elegant in your gestures. The way you walk and talk is uncommon, so delicate is your nature.

Your siddhanta is so strong. The essence of your teachings contains very fine analysis, make us delighted. Your humorous way of talking and your joyful mood create an atmosphere that is light and peaceful.

You are broad-minded, welcoming everyone and clearing up all problems or misunderstandings. Thus, you pacify all of us. Your humility and simplicity are great. How much are you detached for everything not related to Radha and Krsna! You have shown us a perfect example of Vaisnava behaviour. You have impartiality in your judgement, speaking the truth in an uncompromising way, without fear, even in front of any politician. Your are so energetic, indefatigable. No one can detect any mistake - your heart is so pure and your intelligence so vast. You are always welcoming everyone with full respect and honour.

Your humorous nature and your sweet words make us very comfortable.

Today I bow down again and again at your lotus feet.
